Membership offers unlimited access to all our wash facilities, including our car wash, self serve vacuum stalls.
Where can I purchase an Unlimited Membership?
Subscriptions can be purchased at one of our payment terminals, at any Neptune Lave-auto location. It's quick and easy and shouldn't take more than 5 minutes of your time.
How can I pay for my Unlimited Membership?
Membership can be purchased with most major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
Can I switch Unlimited Membership levels?
Absolutely, just track down a Neptune Associate on site and ask to have your Unlimited Wash Membership level changed. Any change will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
Can I use my Unlimited Membership with more than one vehicle?
The Unlimited Wash Membership is specific to the vehicle you register.
When will I be billed for my membership?
The day you sign up becomes your monthly billing date.
What do I do if I have an issue with my Unlimited Membership?

How do I cancel my Unlimited Membership?
If you wish to cancel your Unlimited Membership, please email us and we’ll take it from there. There are no long term commitments with any Membership and the change will take effect on your next billing cycle.
Will I receive a refund after I cancel my plan?
We do not offer refunds, however there are no long term commitments beyond your current billing period. Your Membership remains active until the day before your next billing date.
